New Pictures are seeking an In-House Production Co-ordinator with a minimum of two credits in scripted content at an Assistant Production Co-ordinator level. The role will be offered initially as a 12-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will work 5 days a week from 09.30 – 18.00 at the New Pictures office in Central London (hours may vary subject to requirements). Please note that this is an In-House role and is not an entry-level position.
Key Requirements
- Experience working in high-end scripted production to a minimum of an Assistant Production Co-ordinator level is essential.
- Previous experience working in-house at a production company or post-production facility is desirable.
- The role requires exceptional organisational, administrative and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Key Roles
- Supporting all New Pictures productions throughout the pre-prep, prep and shoot periods which may include:
- Setting up introduction meetings with prospective Key Creatives and HOD’s
- Collaborating in the administrative set up of each new production
- Leading on submissions for international working visas for Cast and Creatives
- Administrative support drafting and issuing crew contracts
- Ensuring each production's paperwork is consistently presented in a timely fashion and to New Pictures standards
- Overseeing the mandatory training required of each production's Cast and Crew is met
- Supporting on production clearance concerns
- Submitting Child Licences
- Handling finance and post-production paperwork queries
- Organising Cast and Crew Screenings
- Managing the company’s production asset storage
