We’re building a brand-new creative team to deliver bold, exciting content for a major combat sports project and we’re looking for talented Adobe Premiere Video Editors to help shape its voice and style from day one. This is an opportunity to create content that will be seen by millions of fans around the world, from promos and trailers, to social-first clips and premium short and mid-form storytelling. You'll have the chance to help define the editorial identity of a growing global sports brand, creating content that grabs attention, builds personalities and keeps audiences coming back.
Must have expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and a working knowledge of After Effects and wider Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous. A passion for sport, especially combat sports would be a bonus but strong editorial instincts, creativity and storytelling ability are what matter most.

Your Mission:
- Create high-impact video content across broadcast, YouTube and social platforms.
- Develop compelling short and mid-form content including promos, trailers, interviews and original features.
- Help establish and evolve the editorial style and tone across content strands and formats.
- Craft engaging narratives from interviews, archive and event night content.
- Use sound design, grading and music creatively to elevate storytelling and maximise impact.
- Work closely with producers, graphic designers and the wider team to bring ideas to life.
- Contribute ideas and creative solutions that push content forward and keep output fresh.
- Work efficiently across multiple projects while maintaining exceptional standards.
- Deliver content to the highest technical standards across a variety of formats and platforms.

The Skills You Bring:
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of After Effects and wider Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
- Strong experience in editing short-form promotional and storytelling content.
- Experience in editing mid-form interview and actuality-based feature content.
- Excellent understanding of shot selection, editorial structure, pacing and narrative.
- Strong colour grading and sound design skills.
- Experience setting visual and editorial styles across content series or recurring formats.
- Confidence working with a wide range of camera formats, codecs and archive material.
- Strong technical understanding of workflows and delivery specifications.
- Ability to work quickly whilst maintaining exceptional quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience of editing onsite at live events is desirable but not essential.
- Experience working in (combat) sports content is desirable but not essential.
Location: The base for this position is Kew, London.
Working Days: 5 day week. You will be expected to work with the team to plan a schedule based on production requirements. This role may involve weekend work. Some international travel may be required.
