We are looking for bilingual Co-ordinating Producers to join our Digital team in Kew to help drive the editorial for an exciting new project. You will help manage our team, who are producing real world sports and esports content, partnered with EA Sports.

There are two roles and they would suit someone with a strong editorial background and managing teams to produce a high volume of digital content. A passion for a variety of global sports, with a focus on European football is essential, and one of the roles requires you to be fluent in Spanish.

A knowledge of Esports would be a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead on the editorial of content production and co-ordinate our team.
  • Be a point of contact between Whisper and EA Sports to ensure the content we are producing is relevant, timely and delivered to budget.
  • To provide direct support to the Digital Project Lead alongside being a point of contact between Whisper and external agencies and publishers.
  • Leading on digital content projects – developing ideas, assigning tasks and leading a team producing a high volume of content.
  • Developing a culture of creativity within the team – providing guidance and support to a team of Assistant Producers, Editors and Graphic Designers.
  • To work closely with the Production Manager and client to ensure all editing and delivery deadlines are scheduled and met.
  • To understand and distribute accurate client requirements to ensure that all deliverables are completed in a timely manner, to fulfil the brief.
  • Understand and oversee health & safety.
  • Enhance the editorial/creative vision of the company and support new business acquisitions.
  • Upholding the reputation of the company and buying into the values of Whisper.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated digital storytelling experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish is essential for one of the roles.
  • Experience in creating content plans for social platforms and apps.
  • Considerable experience in managing and leading teams as well as supporting junior members of staff with development.
  • Creating strong working relationships with clients and third parties.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and social channels and clear understanding of how to create shareable content appropriate to them (including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter).
  • Passion for and knowledge of sport that can be transferred into creating interesting, informative and dynamic clips for social media and online content.
  • Proven experience with Adobe Premiere Pro to create edits to tight and changing deadlines.
  • Clear understanding of the logistical requirements of digital content production.
  • Excellent communication and written skills and an aptitude to learn new tasks, and a good attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong team ethic and the ability to prioritise workloads with ease, working in a pressurised team environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with others and to work on your own initiative.

Location: The base for this position is Kew, London.

Working Days: 5 day week, x4 days in office and x1 day WFH.

You will be expected to work with the team to plan a schedule based on production requirements.

Lieu days will be given for any days worked over a five-day week.

Whisper offers the option of flexitime hours subject to production requirements.
