We're seeking an energetic and driven Account Executive to join our pioneering sales team, with a focus on serving mid-market customers. This isn't just about selling software; it's about partnering with businesses to unlock their full potential for customer loyalty and helping them thrive in an increasingly competitive landscape.
What you'll do as a TRIFFT Loyalty Account Executive:
- Be a Loyalty Evangelist: Introduce mid-market businesses to the trifft.io platform and educate them on how our innovative approach can transform their customer engagement and drive significant ROI.
- Identify and Qualify Opportunities: Proactively research, prospect, and engage with potential clients in the mid-market space, understanding their loyalty challenges and demonstrating how trifft.io is the solution.
- Build and Nurture Relationships: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor in their loyalty strategy.
- Conduct Engaging Demos: Showcase the power and flexibility of the TRIFFT platform through compelling and tailored demonstrations.
- Navigate Complex Sales Cycles: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to close, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract finalisation.
- Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and contribute to TRIFFT Loyalty's overall growth strategy.
- Become a Market Expert: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine your approach and provide valuable insights continually.
What you'll bring to the TRIFFT Loyalty team:
- 1-5 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS, MarTech, or a related industry, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Experience selling to mid-market accounts with a strong understanding of their unique challenges and decision-making processes.
- A passion for marketing, customer loyalty, and innovation. You genuinely believe in the power of strong customer relationships.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- A natural ability to build rapport and trust quickly. You're a people person who genuinely enjoys connecting with others.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about client needs.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient, with a "hunter" mentality and a desire to win.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
