Join as Triffin’s first Product Marketing hire and define how we communicate a new category of AI finance to the market. You’ll own positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy across our product suite — shaping how Triffin is understood by customers, partners and the broader ecosystem. This is a rare opportunity to operate at the intersection of product, growth and storytelling, and to build the product marketing function from the ground up. We’ve recently launched funding, payments and AI-powered cash flow management products, with strong early traction and ~800% growth expected in 2026. You’ll play a central role in turning that momentum into clear, compelling narratives and scalable growth.
The role is based in our Shoreditch (London) office. Our first Product Marketing hire — with full ownership of product positioning, messaging and go-to-market. Build the systems, processes and foundations for product marketing at Triffin. High autonomy, high expectations, and significant influence across the business.
What you’ll do:
- Define and refine Triffin’s positioning, messaging and value proposition across products and audiences.
- Own the full lifecycle for new products and features — from concept through to launch and adoption.
- Translate complex financial and technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Work closely with founders, product and growth teams to align on strategy and execution.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers, their needs and how they perceive value.
- Create high-quality content and collateral that supports sales, partnerships and marketing.
- Build feedback loops between customers, GTM teams and product to continuously improve positioning and product direction.
- Develop scalable playbooks for launches, messaging and market expansion.
- Leverage AI tools and systems to increase speed and quality of output.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–6 years experience in product marketing at a fintech or relevant technology company.
- Strong track record of high-quality work — you’ve shipped effective launches, improved messaging, or driven measurable growth.
- Exceptional communication skills — especially writing and storytelling.
- Structured thinker who can simplify complex ideas into clear narratives.
- Deep curiosity about customers, markets and how businesses operate.
- High ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just output.
- Strong taste and judgment — you care about clarity, quality and impact.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
What success looks like:
- First 3 months: develop a clear understanding of product, customers and market; begin refining core messaging and start telling our story.
- 6 months: own and execute successful product launches with strong internal alignment and external impact.
- 12 months: establish a clear, differentiated market narrative and scalable product marketing function.
Why this role:
- Define how a new category is understood and communicated.
- Work directly with founders and influence both product and go-to-market strategy.
- Build a function from scratch with high ownership and visibility.
- Develop as a high-impact product marketer in a fast-scaling company.
Competitive compensation package:
- Share options — meaningful ownership in the company.
- 26 days annual leave + bank holidays.
- Regular team offsites and social events.
- Salary range: Up to £90k + % of salary vs. specific targets + equity.
