Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional care to patients
- Understanding regulatory frameworks, developing detailed risk assessments, and developing well-prepared care plans
- Maintain accurate resident records using modern technology
- Monitor and maintain all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with current legislation
- Responsible for making timely decisions
- Provide guidance and support to all team members to maintain a high level of clinical proficiency
- Making decisions and taking actions in a timely manner
Our client has a mixture of hours that range depending on the needs of the wards. We tend to see requirements for either long days or nights.
