Trident Healthcare is seeking experienced Senior Healthcare Assistants. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care and serving as a positive influence on your team. Your duties include demonstrating proper use of mobility aids, assisting residents at the end of their lives, and communicating with residents' families with kindness and professionalism.
In collaboration with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, you will provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, as well as administer medication in accordance with legislation.
Key responsibilities include:
