Trident Healthcare is looking for Senior Healthcare Assistants. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care and influencing the team positively.
Your responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, such as using walking frames, helping at meal times, and communicating with families with kindness. In collaboration with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, you will provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, and administer medication as required.
Your key responsibilities include:
