Responsibilities
Providing exceptional care to patients
Understanding regulatory frameworks, developing detailed risk assessments, and developing well-prepared care plans
Maintain accurate resident records using modern technology
Monitor and maintain all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with current legislation
Responsible for making timely decisions
Provide guidance and support to all team members to maintain a high level of clinical proficiency
Making decisions and taking actions in a timely manner
Our client has a mixture of hours that range depending on the needs of the wards. We tend to see requirements for either long days or nights.
It is mandatory for all applicants to have a valid Right to Work in the UK. Secondly all candidates must be registered on NMC.
