Trident Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Inpatient Physiotherapist for a locum assignment based at Crewe. The successful candidate will independently manage a caseload of rehab patients and support the patients towards discharge from wards.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of Rehab patients
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and onward referrals
- Carry out clinical administration tasks
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Skills and Experience Required
- Experienced NHS Rehabilitation Physiotherapist
- Experience with discharge planning
- Experience using e‑referrals (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone and email
Essential Requirements
- Candidates must have NHS experience
- Candidates must hold HCPC registration
