Trident Healthcare is looking for Senior Healthcare Assistants. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care and influencing the team positively. Whether demonstrating how to use a walking frame, assisting at mealtimes for residents at the end of their life, or communicating with residents' families, you will do so with kindness.
In this role, you will assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining high-quality service standards
- Understanding regulatory frameworks, developing detailed risk assessments, and care plans
- Maintaining accurate resident records using modern technology
- Monitoring and managing medication in accordance with legislation
