Contract:Maternity Cover until March 2025 – likely to extend
Hours:8:45 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

About the Role:
Trident Healthcare are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join the team in Warrington. This role is specifically for pharmacists with proven experience in delivering critical care pharmacy services. The successful candidate will cover maternity leave until at least March 2025, working full-time from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert clinical pharmacy services to critical care units.
Ensure the safe and effective use of medications in critical care settings.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Conduct medication reviews and manage complex medication regimens.
Educate and support junior pharmacists and healthcare staff.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ward rounds.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
Requirements:
Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Demonstrable experience in delivering critical care pharmacy services.
Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in critical care pharmacotherapy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care.
