Trident Healthcare is looking for Care Assistants to support the overall care team and ensure continuity of services to residents. You will create a welcoming, supportive, and stimulating environment, building relationships with residents and their families.

Reporting to: Manager, Nurse, or senior staff on duty

Key Tasks:

  1. Supporting with daily living tasks such as personal care, hygiene, housekeeping, and mealtimes, including manual handling duties as required.
  2. Accessing and updating confidential records using a computer.
  3. Maintaining a schedule of medication intake.
  4. Ensuring the environment is safe and clean.
  5. Maintaining an environment appropriate to the needs of residents.
  6. Assisting residents with administrative tasks like paying bills and shopping for food.
  7. Working hours vary depending on ward needs, typically including long days or nights.
  8. Applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK already in place.
