Trident Healthcare Solutions are a fast-growing agency supplying temporary workers part time, full time or ad hoc agency basis shifts.

We are looking to recruit an experienced and committed Surgical First Assistant (SFA) to join our operating theatre team.
Consultants come to work with us from all across the UK and you will work closely with them and be exposed to the latest innovative, evidence-based clinical techniques.
You will be working with a wide variety of specialisms.
Our client covers a wide variety of specialties including Orthopaedics, Bariatrics, General Surgery, Vascular, Plastics, Gynae, Ophthalmology, Spinal, Urology and ENT.
Responsibilities
You will have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of theatre experience post qualification Surgical First Assistant experience.
The role covers multi-specialties therefore this is a fantastic opportunity to branch out and develop your knowledge and experience.
Every day is never the same due to the diversity of the workload, making this theatre department a fantastic place to work.
Most importantly our theatre staff are experienced in a variety of surgical procedures, these will include general, ophthalmology, bariatric, urology, gynaecology to name a few.
Requirements
- Be NMC/HCPC registered – your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions
- Have a minimum of 6 months to 1 years post SFA qualification experience.
- Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care with strong communication skills
- Salary
Between £41.00 – £45.00 per hour during weekdays, weekends and Bank Holidays.
