We are recruiting for an experienced Nurse to join our surgical nursing teams.
Working with a wide variety of specialisms you will be able to develop your clinical skills in modern and supportive environments.
Our client operates a network of 38 private hospitals and ten clinics across the UK.
You will be working for the second largest provider of private healthcare in the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Support in assessing patients’ health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload as a staff nurse.
- Assist in delivering care to meet the patient’s needs.
- Actively promote best practices and contribute towards quality improvements.
- Collect, collate and organise data; interpret information and make a justifiable assessment.
- Make the assessment available to relevant colleagues.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with NMC registration.
- Experience working in teams with minimum supervision.
- Competence across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge and additional training.
- Working pattern
- As a surgical nurse, there are shifts to suit your needs, Monday to Sunday (7 days a week).
- Day shifts (08:30–20:00) and night shifts (20:00–08:30) with a high volume of shifts available to match your desired rota.
- Salary
- Between £28.00 – £34.00 per hour during weekdays to Sundays including bank holidays
