About Us

Trident Aqua Services UK Ltd is a leading provider of specialist support to the aquaculture industry. We focus on onsite harvesting, wellboat operations, and service vessel support, delivering high standards of service, hygiene, and fish welfare across the UK.

The Role

This hands-on role involves maintaining and operating our vessels to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of workboat machinery and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and fish welfare standards.
  • Collaborate effectively within a small crew (typically 2–4 members).
  • Carry out a variety of operational and engineering duties as part of daily vessel activities.

Rotation: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off (inclusive of holidays)

Package: Competitive salary and benefits, fully compliant with MLC regulations.

About You

We’re looking for individuals with:

  • Experience in the workboat or fishing industry, ideally with Caterpillar and Scania engines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
  • A flexible, hands-on approach and strong teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid STCW certifications and ENG1 medical
  • AEC (Approved Engine Course)
  • Background in the fishing or fish farming industry would be advantageous
