Management Surveyor . Due to continued growth, OUR CLIENT are an established and recognised real estate investor and owner have appointed Trident to assist with the recruitment of a Management Surveyor who will be responsible for a commercial portfolio of London-based retail and industrial properties. You will be expected to hold the knowledge of standard terms found in commercial leases and be able to fully interpret lease terms from leasing documents. THE ROLE: The selected Management Surveyor would be required to have prior experience carrying out the following responsibilities: Negotiating and handling tenants\’ lease events including rent reviews, break clauses, and lease expirations. Supervising the accuracy of property information within the system concerning leases, service charges, and insurance related to all leasing activities. Preparing and approving demands, apportionments, and budgets for service charges. Analysing tenant rent statements and investigating any discrepancies and variances. Managing the annual renewal of insurance policies to ensure optimal value. Handling all applications for consent, such as those for underlettings, assignments, and alterations.
