Investment Analyst / Transactions Manager – Commercial Real Estate – OUR CLIENT is the direct real estate investment arm of a successful and established family office backed; private property company who have transacted over £1 Billion. They are now seeking to hire an Investment Analyst / Transactions Manager into their close-knit team, to work closely with and support the Investment Directors on reviewing new and ongoing live commercial real estate transactions. THE ROLE of Investment Analyst / Transactions Manager will entail: Reviewing new commercial real estate investment opportunities. Cashflow modelling and development appraisals. Compiling Investment memorandums and reports – assessing market comparables, etc. Modelling including debt, JV structures, hurdle rates, DCFs, IRRs etc. Assisting on property-level due diligence on purchases / disposals. Assisting in occupational underwriting (speaking to letting agents, collating lease comparables / supply schedules etc). Occasionally inspecting properties.
