They are now seeking a commercially minded Interim Financial Controller to take ownership of the finance function on a temporary basis, ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting, and robust governance across the business. Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and helping shape the continued growth of the organisation. This is a fully office-based role, requiring attendance five days per week.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Monthly management accounts, cash reporting, and forecasting.
- Financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
