Senior Vice President – Data Centres Investments – OUR CLIENT are a Global Asset and Investment Management company with an established and impressive, diverse real estate portfolio. They continue to grow and explore multiple asset classes whilst staying committed to sustainability and focusing on adding value to their stakeholders through utilising their efficient business model and strategies. As part of their continued growth, the company is seeking a Senior Vice President with extensive experience in real estate investment, specifically within the Data Centre sector on a national scale. This role will be based in London. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of both greenfield and brownfield real estate acquisitions, and a strong understanding of all related processes and legislation involved in end-to-end real estate investment and acquisition. THE ROLE responsibilities for the Senior Vice President – Data Centres will include: Developing and implementing a sound business plan for sourcing acquisition or investment opportunities, including specific strategies designed to achieve short and long-term growth and profit objectives.
