OUR CLIENT is a well-established, privately owned commercial property investment and development company with over 60 years of success.
They are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to work closely with the Asset Manager and take full responsibility for the day to day management.
THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio.
Building strong relationships with occupiers, contractors and suppliers.
Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance.
Preparing and managing service charge budgets.
Monitoring expenditure and vacant property business rates.
Managing lease administration and supporting tenant fit-outs.
Ensuring full compliance with health safety and statutory regulations.
Maintaining accurate property and compliance records.
THE PERSON REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience managing commercial property.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach with great attention to detail.
