This is a rare opportunity to own a ~$10M revenue portfolio, manage a high-performing team, and shape regional go-to-market strategy in one of the most dynamic sectors in finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead private-sector sales across EMEA and APAC, managing direct revenue and account growth
- Oversee and mentor a distributed team of 4 Account Directors
- Drive regional strategy, client engagement, and cross-functional alignment with global product and partnership teams
- Represent the business in executive briefings, strategic partnerships, and industry forums
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise in digital assets, blockchain, and institutional finance
- Experience working in web3, crypto or blockchain focused startups.
