We are looking for a driven and ambitious Delivery Consultant to join our dynamic team and help us source top talent for our prestigious managed service accounts.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with around 6 to 18 months of recruitment experience, who is eager to build a successful career specializing in the fast-paced and high-growth cyber security sector. The role
As a Recruitment Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services for our managed service clients, who trust us to find the best security talent in the market. This is a pivotal role focused on the candidate side of the recruitment process.
Your key responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for a variety of cyber security roles, from junior analysts to senior specialists.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates through headhunting, networking, and a range of online tools.
- Conducting initial candidate interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Managing the candidate journey, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Working closely with our account management team to understand client requirements and deliver on open vacancies.
- Negotiating offers and finalising placements between candidates and clients.
The ideal candidate
- 6 to 18 months of experience in a recruitment consultant or resourcing role.
- A background in hiring for technology or, ideally, cyber security positions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A proactive and resilient attitude, with a strong desire to succeed.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
