You’ll be establishing a new department to bridge the gap between sales, customer success and engineering to deliver maximum value as a hands-on leader for all customer-facing initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Establish the new customer engineering department.
- Handle all customer-facing aspects as a technical SME.
- Provide technical depth in POCs, support onboarding journeys, and upskill product support & customer success teams.
- Work closely with engineering and influence platform evolution from your insights.
- Offer mentorship and guidance to 4 people in pre-sales and customer success within your team.
- Report to the CEO.
What you need to be considered:
- Happy to still be hands-on technically in a customer-facing capacity.
- Be customer-facing (solutions engineering, technical customer success, professional services or similar).
- Having worked for a vendor in the SIEM/MDR/XDR space, or you're an experienced consultant wanting to join a vendor.
- Leadership experience or capability (e.g., senior level).
