Customer Facing | Series C Cybersecurity Vendor
Location: Remote UK - twice a year whole company gatherings
Reports to: Platform Architect Team Manager, work closely with Customer Success, Solutions & Engineering teams
You’ll join a fast‑growing cyber scale‑up with more than 6000 customers operating in the threat intelligence space. They’ve already established themselves as a leader and they’re looking for a Customer Platform Architect to really push things forward for their UK customers.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- End‑to‑end ownership across the customer lifecycle
- Guide customers through the deployment
- Manage infrastructure issues
- Conduct health checks
- Ensure architecture technical documentation
- Collaborate with product & solutions engineering
What you need to be considered:
- Strong (4-5 years) Kubernetes architecture & helm‑based application deployment experience - you’ve designed, deployed and run clusters
- Security Clearance / eligibility is essential
- Background in customer‑facing technical roles
- Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry is preferred, but not essential.
