We’re looking for a creative Marketing Executive to join our team and help us take our digital marketing to the next level.

The Role

As our Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, supporting the day-to-day running of campaigns that drive brand visibility, digital engagement, and lead generation. Working closely with our head-hunters, Head of Marketing and external partners, you’ll have a hand in everything from social media management and database optimisation to event support and competitor analysis. Whether you’re creating eye-catching content, refining our digital presence, or helping bring memorable events to life, this role is all about making an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Campaigns: Plan and deliver campaigns across LinkedIn, email and digital channels to drive brand awareness, customer retention and lead generation.
  • Content Creation: Work with the Head of Marketing to develop engaging content such as social posts, blogs, videos, event promos and candidate/client resources.
  • Website Management: Keep the site updated with relevant content and job postings, ensuring it supports lead conversion and reflects the brand well.
  • Sales Enablement: Assist in creating marketing collateral, pitch decks, case studies and video content to support the sales team, help with their personal brands and drive client engagement.
  • Brand & Sponsorship: Support brand campaigns, merchandise, sponsorship activity and event marketing to increase awareness and build credibility. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in promoting and coordinating our industry events and executive roundtables.
  • Marketing Operations: Help manage marketing workflows, automation tools, data quality and lead tracking.
  • Market Insights: Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to support data-led decisions and inform strategy.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance, lead generation and conversion metrics to continuously improve marketing ROI.

About You

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in a B2B or recruitment environment
  • Strong digital skills, ideally with experience using LinkedIn marketing, paid social media and SEO
  • Confident content creator – whether it’s writing posts, designing visuals or briefing a video
  • Analytical mindset – comfortable with data tracking, budget management, and performance reporting
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple projects
  • Experience in a cyber security or technology business is a bonus
