Their platform gives security and IT teams a clear, accurate picture of their environment, helping them close gaps that traditional tools miss and ensuring existing security investments are working as intended.
Trusted by organisations across a range of industries including legal, finance, energy and retail, they've built a strong reputation for ease of deployment and genuinely engaged customer support, reflected in consistently high marks across independent review platforms.
They're growing quickly, well-funded, and have an established partner network already contributing meaningfully to revenue - making this a great opportunity to take ownership of those relationships and drive them forward.
The Role
This is a Channel Account Manager role based in London, focused on managing and growing revenue through an existing network of MSP, MSSP and reseller partners across the UK.
Rather than building a partner base from scratch, you'll own a live portfolio of relationships, working to deepen engagement, increase partner-sourced revenue, and ensure partners are fully enabled and supported.
This role suits someone who enjoys account management within the channel, and who's motivated by getting the most out of relationships that are already in place.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of existing channel partners (MSPs, MSSPs, resellers, consultancies) across the UK.
- Build deep, trusted relationships with key partner stakeholders, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth through regular business reviews, joint planning and target tracking.
- Deliver ongoing training and enablement to keep partner sales and technical teams confident and up to date.
- Support partners directly on live opportunities, providing co-selling and deal support through to close.
- Identify opportunities to deepen engagement with under‑utilised partners and grow their contribution to revenue.
- Collaborate with Marketing to run partner‑focused campaigns, content and events that generate pipeline.
- Act as the internal voice of the channel, feeding partner feedback back to Product and Sales.
- Maintain accurate partner and pipeline records within the CRM, reporting on channel performance against targets.
- Represent the business at partner and industry events, strengthening existing relationships in person.
Experience Needed
- Proven experience in a Channel Account Manager, Partner Manager, or similar channel‑facing role within cybersecurity or wider Saa S.
- Track record of managing and growing revenue through an existing partner portfolio.
- Strong understanding of the MSP/MSSP or reseller landscape and how partners buy, sell and deliver technology.
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing and Product to support partner success.
- Confident presenter and trainer, able to enable both sales and technical partner audiences.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and drive commercial outcomes.
- Experience using CRM and partner management tools to track pipeline and performance.
- Based in or around London, with flexibility to travel for partner meetings and events as needed.
