Trident have partnered with a global leader in cybercrime detection. They are a trusted ally to some of the largest companies in the world, blocking millions of malicious sites and taking down a large quantity of global phishing threats. The mission is simple: to protect the world from cybercrime. This role is hybrid and will require 2 days a week in the London office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of major global clients across a varied pool of sectors.
- Acting as the primary point of contact to strengthen partnerships, drive renewals, and support service expansion.
- Meeting clients regularly (in-person and virtually) to align with their goals and needs.
- Advocating for client priorities and enhancing service delivery.
- Educating clients on the company's capabilities.
- Leading internal processes for contract renewals and upsells.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 5 years’ experience managing enterprise accounts.
- Proven ability to build long-term, productive client relationships.
