Trident have partnered with a global leader in cybercrime detection. They are a trusted ally to some of the largest companies in the world, blocking millions of malicious sites and taking down a large quantity of global phishing threats. The mission is simple: to protect the world from cybercrime. This role is hybrid and will require 2 days a week in the London office.

The Role:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of major global clients across a varied pool of sectors.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact to strengthen partnerships, drive renewals, and support service expansion.
  • Meeting clients regularly (in-person and virtually) to align with their goals and needs.
  • Advocating for client priorities and enhancing service delivery.
  • Educating clients on the company's capabilities.
  • Leading internal processes for contract renewals and upsells.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 5 years’ experience managing enterprise accounts.
  • Proven ability to build long-term, productive client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills tailored to a variety of audiences.
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizations.
  • A proactive, resilient mindset and a team-oriented approach.
