This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking for a varied role working across commercial and industrial refrigeration, with the opportunity to develop specialist experience in CO2 refrigeration. CO2 experience is not required – full training and hands-on development will be provided alongside experienced CO2 engineers. The Role You will be responsible for: Servicing, maintaining and repairing refrigeration and air conditioning systems Fault finding, diagnostics and reactive breakdowns Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Completing service and repair documentation Building strong customer relationships Developing your technical knowledge of CO2 refrigeration systems We're looking for an experienced refrigeration engineer with: F-Gas Certification NVQ Level 2 minimum in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning – Level 3 preferred Previous refrigeration industry experience Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Full UK Driving Licence Flexibility to travel across the region, including London A genuine interest in developing CO2 refrigeration skills What's On Offer? £45,000 – £47,174 basic + overtime Overtime paid after 40 hours Paid door-to-door travel Company van + fuel card + phone Up to 36 days' annual leave Healthcare through AXA or Paycare Holiday buy-back scheme Enhanced pension contributions
