A leading provider of critical power solutions is looking for an experienced Generator Controls Engineer to support planned works, upgrades, commissioning and technical projects across a range of generator and power generation sites. This is a field-based role suited to an engineer with strong electrical knowledge, hands-on generator experience and the confidence to work as the lead engineer on site. The role will involve regular travel across the South East, with occasional overnight stays depending on project requirements.
The Role
As Project Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering maintenance-related project works across generator and critical power systems. You will attend site as the principal engineer, carrying out upgrades, installations, fault finding, surveys, commissioning and technical support. You will work closely with internal project, technical, workshop and maintenance teams.
