An opportunity has arisen for two experienced Refrigeration Installation & Service Engineers to join a growing team operating across London and the Home Counties.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission refrigeration and climate control systems
- Service, maintain, and repair existing systems
- Diagnose faults and carry out efficient repairs to minimise downtime
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and system designs
- Carry out system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Respond to reactive service calls as part of a call-out rota
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental regulations
- Provide technical support and basic client guidance
- Work to deadlines to ensure timely project delivery
- Accurately complete all service and installation documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience in refrigeration installation and/or service roles
- Essential: COâ‚‚ (R744) system experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge with electrical experience highly desirable
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- F-Gas certification (or equivalent) required
- Experience with hydrocarbons and energy-efficient systems advantageous
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
Package
- Salary Circa £50,000 per annum
- Regular overtime available
- Call-out rota (1 in 4)
- 20 days annual leave + Bank Holidays (Additional leave based on service)
