We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join a well-established commercial HVAC contractor. This is a pure service and maintenance role working across commercial contracts throughout London (within the M25) and Kent.

Package

  • Up to £45,000 basic salary
  • Full door-to-door pay
  • Overtime paid at time and a half
  • 28 days holiday + additional 3 paid days over Christmas shutdown
  • Permanent full-time position
  • Company vehicle and tools provided

Responsibilities

  • Service, maintenance and fault finding on commercial air conditioning systems
  • Working on VRV, VRF, split and multi-split systems
  • Attending reactive breakdowns and scheduled PPM visits
  • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults
  • Completing service reports and compliance documentation
  • Maintaining high health & safety standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience as an Air Conditioning Service Engineer
  • Strong experience with VRV and VRF systems
  • Confident with fault finding and diagnostics
  • Commercial service experience essential
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
