This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Miller looking for a choice of shift patterns and the chance to work within a fast-paced, high-quality machining environment.
Shift Options
Late Shift
- Monday to Thursday
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Four-day working week
Weekend Shift
- Friday to Sunday
- 7:00am – 7:00pm
- Three-day working week
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Setting and operating CNC milling machines
- Working with Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controls
- Producing complex, high-precision components
- Machining to tight tolerances
- Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings
- Carrying out tool changes, offsets and basic machine adjustments
- Inspecting your own work using standard measuring equipment
- Maintaining consistently high standards of quality
Experience Required
We are looking for candidates with:
- Strong CNC milling experience
- CNC setting and operating experience
- Knowledge of Fanuc or Heidenhain controls
- Experience working to tight tolerances
- Ability to confidently read engineering drawings
- Precision engineering experience
Previous motorsport, Formula 1, aerospace or other high-precision machining experience would be particularly advantageous. xgikmsk
This is a permanent opportunity with a choice between a Monday–Thursday late shift or Friday–Sunday weekend shift.
