We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join a well-established commercial HVAC contractor. This is a pure service and maintenance role working across commercial contracts throughout London (within the M25) and Kent.
Package:
- Up to £45,000 basic salary
- Full door-to-door pay
- Overtime paid at time and a half
- 28 days holiday plus an additional 3 paid days over Christmas shutdown
- Permanent full-time position
- Company vehicle and tools provided
Role Overview:
- Service, maintenance and fault finding on commercial air conditioning systems
- Working on VRV, VRF, split and multi-split systems
- Attending reactive breakdowns and scheduled PPM visits
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults
- Completing service reports and compliance documentation
- Maintaining high health & safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–5 years’ experience as an Air Conditioning Service Engineer
- Strong experience with VRV and VRF systems
- Confident with fault finding and diagnostics
- Commercial service experience essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional and customer-focused approach
