We are recruiting for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to manage the delivery of HVAC-R installation projects across the UK, from design through to commissioning and handover.

This is a hands-on project management role requiring strong technical HVAC knowledge, commercial awareness and proven experience managing customers, subcontractors and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HVAC installation projects from start to completion.
  • Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and multiple trades.
  • Manage project programmes, budgets, costs and variations.
  • Liaise directly with customers, consultants and contractors.
  • Oversee quality, H&S, commissioning and project handover.
  • Resolve technical issues and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Produce project reports, documentation and Gantt charts. The Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years' HVAC Project Management experience.
  • Strong technical background in HVAC / HVAC-R / M&E / Building Services.
  • Previous experience as an HVAC Engineer, Installer, Service Engineer or similar.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and technical teams.
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
  • Good commercial awareness and experience managing variations/costs.
  • Knowledge of UK construction, safety and HVAC standards.
  • Competent with MS Office; MS Project/Auto CAD/BIM experience advantageous.
  • Relevant HVAC qualifications/technical certification.
  • Full UK driving licence and willing to travel/stay away when required.
