Senior CO₂ Refrigeration Engineer Location: Bicester / Milton Keynes / Cambridge / Colchester / Greenford / London & surrounding areas Salary: £60,500 basic + overtime Hours: Monday – Friday, 45 hours per week Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Trident Recruitment are working with a well-established and growing refrigeration specialist who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior CO₂ Engineer to support key customer sites across the South and South East. The Role You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing refrigeration systems while supporting key customer accounts across the region. Key responsibilities include: * Service, maintain and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems * Carry out diagnostics and fault finding * Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers * Assist with commissioning and handover of new installations * Take responsibility for equipment maintenance under warranty * Complete accurate service and repair documentation * Support additional engineering duties as required by management About You We're looking for an experienced refrigeration engineer with: * F-Gas Certification * Level 3 NVQ in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning * Proven CO₂ refrigeration experience * Previous experience within the refrigeration industry * Full UK Driving Licence * A positive, committed and team-focused attitude * Flexibility to travel across the South and South East, including London What's On Offer? * £60,500 basic salary + overtime * Overtime paid after 40 hours * Paid door-to-door travel * Company van with personal use option * Fuel card and company phone * Up to 36 days' annual leave * AXA or Paycare healthcare * Holiday buy-back scheme – sell up to 5 days * Enhanced pension contributions up to 5% after 5 years * £1,500 employee referral bonus * Annual EOT bonus potential * £150 on-call allowance per instance * Ongoing training and career development * Supportive, employee-owned company Why Join?
