Trident Recruitment are looking for qualified Electricians to work on hybrid solar power generator units that provide sustainable off-grid power for construction, infrastructure, rail, roadworks and temporary site power projects. These units combine solar PV, lithium-ion battery storage and backup generator technology, helping customers reduce diesel usage, running costs and emissions while maintaining reliable power on site.

We are recruiting for:

  • Depot Electrician Bristol
  • Mobile Electrician Lanark
  • Mobile Electrician Birmingham

You will be involved in electrical testing, inspection, fault finding, maintenance and repair of hybrid solar generator systems, with work covering both depot-based and mobile field environments depending on the role.

Requirements:

  • JIB Gold Card
  • NVQ3 Electrical Qualification
  • AM2
  • 18th Edition
  • 2391 Test & Inspection or equivalent
  • Strong electrical fault-finding skills
  • Full UK Drivers Licence
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Experience with generators, solar, batteries, temporary power or similar equipment would be beneficial
