Trident Reach are currently hiring for 3 full time Adult Lead Worker positions in Birmingham, with a focus on supporting adults with multiple vulnerabilities. These roles involve providing person-centred, strength-based support to help individuals achieve stability and independence.

Salary: £24706.50 per annum

Hours: 37.5 Service Hours: Monday to Sunday 8am to 8pm. These can include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Providing early targeted support to adults facing challenges like substance misuse, mental health issues, history of homelessness and service exclusion.
  • Flexibility, working across different locations within Birmingham to support a diverse case load of customers.
  • Utilising a holistic and preventative approach to address individual needs which is person-centred driven.
  • Demonstrating commitment and taking responsibility are key skills required to provide transparency.
  • Working with colleagues and other partner agencies to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Experience providing specialist support is desired, but having a positive attitude, motivation and a passion for supporting people is essential.

About The Role:

To provide early and targeted support to aid the recovery and resilience of single adults or childless couples with multiple vulnerabilities, working flexibly across the city supporting people in their own homes within supported housing settings, or in locations of their choice. Working closely with other agencies to provide seamless support to service users. Demonstrating a commitment to safeguarding in line with policy and procedure you will support vulnerable adults to develop the knowledge and skills they need to better manage their lives, including accessing appropriate services, empowering them to build successful relationships within their community, improving health and wellbeing and increasing levels of independence as they move through a prevention pathway model.
