Trident International is seeking a Service Charge Accountant - Real Estate to prepare and finalise service charge accounts for a portfolio of commercial and/or residential properties. You will work closely with Property Managers, clients and external accountants to ensure timely, accurate and compliant reporting.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in service charge accounting, with knowledge of RICS/ARMA requirements and familiarity with leases, budgets and expenditure analysis.
