OUR CLIENT is delivering one of London's most significant mixed-use real estate and operational destination projects.

The estate brings together hospitality, leisure, entertainment, commercial office space and public realm within a highly complex operating environment.

As the business continues to evolve, they are seeking an experienced FP&A professional to play a pivotal role in developing the financial reporting and modelling infrastructure that will underpin the next phase of growth.

THE ROLE

Working closely with senior leadership, including the CFO, CEO and Asset Management teams, you will take ownership of designing and implementing robust financial models and reporting frameworks across a complex multi-entity structure.

Key responsibilities include

  • Designing and building consolidated financial models across multiple operating entities, incorporating integrated P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecasts.
  • Developing standardised, scalable modelling architecture with robust controls and validation checks.
  • Producing Board, lender and monthly management reporting directly from model outputs.
  • Delivering meaningful financial insight to support strategic decision-making across operational and investment stakeholders.
  • Supporting the annual budgeting process and long-term business planning.
  • Establishing an FP&A framework that creates lasting value beyond the duration of the contract.
  • THE PERSON

The successful candidate will be an experienced FP&A professional with exceptional financial modelling capability and the confidence to build ‘best-in-class’ reporting processes from the ground up.

You will ideally possess

  • Advanced three-statement financial modelling expertise.
  • A proven track record of developing sophisticated forecasting and reporting models from first principles.
  • Experience producing Board, lender and executive management reporting.
  • Strong Excel skills together with exposure to reporting automation or financial planning tools.
  • Previous real estate, property, infrastructure or asset-backed business experience is highly advantageous.
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver against challenging timescales.
  • Initial 6-month fixed-term contract with strong potential to extend to 12 months.
  • Opportunity to play a key role within a landmark London real estate project.
  • Exposure to an experienced executive leadership team.
  • Immediate start preferred.

This is a great appointment where technical modelling expertise combined with real estate finance experience will outweigh traditional FP&A management credentials.
