With a strong track record of long-term investment, operational excellence and entrepreneurial growth, the business continues to evolve across multiple asset classes and complex ownership structures. As part of an increasingly active period across the group finance function, the business is seeking an experienced, qualified Financial Accountant to support year-end statutory reporting and consolidation activity ahead of the year-end.
Joining a collaborative and high-performing group finance team, this role focuses on the preparation of 20+ statutory accounts across both audited and non-audited entities, including consolidated accounts. Working within a complex multi-entity environment of 100+ statutory accounts, responsibilities include:

- Liaising with auditors and wider finance stakeholders.
- Supporting year-end reporting processes and technical accounting matters.
- Reviewing audit files and work prepared by junior team members.
- Assisting with accounting integration of newly acquired entities.
- Supporting ad hoc group finance and reporting projects.
This is a 'hands-on' role within a dynamic real estate platform where understanding structures, entities and operational context is equally important as technical accounting capability.

- Professionally Qualified ACA / ACCA.
- Experienced within complex multi-entity environments.
- Able to demonstrate working experience of CaseWare and/or property systems MRI QUBE, Yardi or similar.
- Comfortable preparing both audited and non-audited accounts.
- Experienced with consolidations and statutory accounts prep/group structures.
- Technically strong but pragmatic in approach.
- Calm, personable and easy to work with.
- Hard-working and collaborative without ego.
- Comfortable operating within a fast-paced but supportive environment.
