Effectively manage low-level anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases, preparing court documentation where escalation is required, and supporting wider tenancy enforcement processes.
This role is office based with a requirement to be out on patch, Monday to Friday.
What you'll be doing Addressing a broad range of customer enquiries promptly, exercising sound judgment and effective communication.
Manage low-level anti-social behaviour cases, ensuring appropriate interventions are applied in line with policy, and escalate where necessary.
Prepare high-quality court packs to support legal proceedings.
Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new tenants by coordinating closely with Lettings and Income Teams, ensuring positive and efficient communication.
