Do you thrive on solving complex people challenges and empowering managers to lead with confidence? We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our People & Culture Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping workplace culture, supporting leaders through complex employee relations matters, and helping create a fair, inclusive and high-performing organisation. What You'll Do Manage a varied employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance matters. Provide expert, pragmatic advice to managers on complex people issues. Support investigations, hearings and appeals, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes. Coach managers to build confidence and capability in managing their teams. Help drive positive employee experiences while ensuring compliance with employment law and organisational policies. About You Experience in an Employee Relations, HR Advisory or HR Casework role. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practice. Experience managing complex employee relations cases from start to finish. Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills. CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
