VRF - 182473 Team Supervisor Plus - Birmingham £30,124.77 per annum 37.5 hours per week - 9 Months FTC ( Maternity Cover) 25th August 2026 About the role Ensuring contract compliance and quality assurance whilst leading the teams responsible for deliving a ‘Person Centered' / Trauma Informed' support to customers working fully as part of a Trident Group. To line mange Lead Workers ensuring they support customers with life skills and empower them to achieve independence and access external services where appropriate. What you'll be doing Deputise for Service Lead Demonstrate commercial awareness in the strategic development of services. Using industry best practice to inform new ways of customer involvement. Leading the team in a flexible, responsive service which operates in a timely and ‘Person Centered' / Trauma Informed' manner Provide day to day supervision of the staff team, including carrying out supervisions, appraisals and managing the HR system for all direct reports. Ensure the information management system (InForm) is regularly interigated to ensure a quality service is being provided. To provide accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reports to reflect the services being provided and to meeting contract requirements. Supervise the team performance against contract stipulations and other Key Performance Indicators, meeting all regulatory standards for allocated services. Lead and carry out the recruitment and selection of staff, as required in conjunction with HR Provide a thorough induction and training programme for all new staff, apprentices and students on placement. To oversee and lead quality assurance of all customer paperwork and customer files within service. Leading with internal quality audits across the services to ensure compliance with the expected standards and legislation Who we're looking for? An extensive working knowledge of legislation relevant to the organisation and working with vulnerable adutls. Experience of working within a busy environment Experience of keeping accurate and compliant records Experience of working with Microsoft applications Extensive experience of leading or managing a team A relevant qualification specific to the role – working towards level 4/5 Health Trident Housing, which provides landlord services for the Group in respect of housing management and maintenance Trident Reach, which is a registered care and support charity delivering trauma informed care and support services.
