About the role
To provide a thorough service within the restaurant and to customers of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively approach the promotion of traditional values, demonstrating pride in the work and service delivery.
- Ensure the health, wellbeing and safety of vulnerable adults, young people and children in line with Safeguarding regulations.
- Any other duties as required by the role.
- Prioritise and act on own initiatives.
- Effectively communicate across all mediums.
- Apply a knowledge and/or awareness of: Food hygiene, Kitchen hygiene, Health and Safety legislation and an understanding of COSHH (Control of substances hazardous to health).
