You should have experience in emergency response and maintenance, as well as a strong commitment to environmental sustainability. Additionally, you should be able to manage a varied workload effectively, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate proficiency in IT and housing management applications. Key Responsibilities: Conduct intensified building safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulations. Audit contractors regularly to uphold quality standards and project timelines. Provide proactive support and advocacy for vulnerable residents. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues to maintain a safe environment. Implement environmental sustainability initiatives and maintain estate cleanliness. Foster community engagement through regular events and feedback sessions.
