Role Overview
As an Agency Healthcare Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care across a variety of clinical settings. You will have the flexibility to choose shifts that suit your schedule while gaining exposure to diverse healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred care in line with current clinical guidelines
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records
- Adhere to all clinical governance, infection control, and safeguarding policies
- Respond appropriately to emergency situations using clinical judgement and training
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and organisational standards
- Maintain professionalism and uphold the reputation of Trident Healthcare Solutions at all times
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant professional qualification - RGN
- Previous UK clinical experience within a similar healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments
Compliance Requirements
All candidates must have the following in place prior to shift allocation:
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (in-date) - can assist in getting this if needed.
- Mandatory training compliance, including Influenza (Flu) vaccination
