Trident Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a busy Therapies Surgery department on a locum basis. The successful candidate will manage a caseload and support patient flow across Older People and General Medicine wards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a Physiotherapy caseload on older people and gen med wards
- Support patient flow and contribute to efficient ward processes and lead and participate in parallel discharge planning
- Provide supervision and support to junior team members
Requirements:
- HCPC-registered Physiotherapist
- Previous Band 6 experience, or a strong Band 5 ready to progress within the NHS
- Experience with older people caseloads and needs
- Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
Essential Requirements:
- Candidates must have NHS experience
- Candidates must hold HCPC registration
- Candidates must hold the right to work in the UK
