Trident Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Pharmacist with haematology/oncology clinical pharmacy experience including aseptic services. The successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Clinical checking
  • Ward rounds
  • Medicines optimisation
  • Multidisciplinary team working

Participation in on-call, weekends, and bank holidays is required. GPhC registration is essential.
